   2. Have 3 images of pet, clear bright lighting
   3. Choose 3 colors for bead portion
   4. provide contact information, please make sure to be responsive

1. Artist will reach out to you personally to commence product customization 
2. Customized design will be based solely on images provided, no edits or modifications throughout product production
3. Finished product photo will be shared right before shipping,
   1. no major modifications allowed ( reshape tail ,body , etc.)
   2. minor modifications allowed ( paint stripes, change color tones, etc)

Please allow 2-3 weeks for product to be completed before shipping. In some cases product will be completed and shipped sooner than expected. During production, item will be hand painted and be coated in quality UV resin

Item is durable but do not mishandle or it may increase chance of permanent damage
